I highly recommend CHS Services for HVAC work. CHS Services helped us out
of a difficult situation where our furnace and ductwork were installed
improperly causing early failure. Work was completed during 2003 Holliday
Season where cold stormy weather added to severe nature and urgency of our
problem. CHS Services' approach is professional and honest with high degree
of integrity. They presented a detailed work plan describing cause, effect
and remedy options. While CHS Services may not be the lowest cost HVAC
contractor, I found them very reasonable, especially considering the quality
of work and solution. As far as I am concerned, they went above and beyond
my expectations without hesitation. It was refreshing to see a contractor
that cared enough to clean up after themselves, even put cardboard under
their vehicles.

I wanted to write and say how pleased I am with the quality of work and professionalism CHS Services has shown me. Over two years ago I was looking into getting windows for my house. Stan, the owner of the company explained with me several times about windows, how they work, what's good and what's not. He was no pressure of making a sale, just wanted to give me the information I wanted. The windows were installed in a day at a very good competitive price. About a year later I needed vinyl siding on my house. I looked at other companies and got bids. Again this company took the time to answer all my questions and did not pressure me into making a sale. Stan, the owner took me around to other houses his company had worked on to show me their work, again without any pressure of their company doing the work. I had them install vinyl siding and am very pleased with the results. Their level of honesty, integrity is high. I felt they cared about me as a home owner and consumer and wanted what was best in my interest. Well just recently I had his company install a new furnace and all the ducting to my house. Again I got some other bids and talked to other companies. CHS Services came and explained the workings of a new furnace how it worked, the benefits etc. Many times I would talk to them asking questions I had already asked to get an understanding of what my house needed. They were extremely polite and answered all my questions without pressure which I liked. They installed the new furnace and ducting to all my rooms. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend their company to anyone. They truly care about you and your situation and not just making a fast buck and moving along.
